A man was taken to hospital after being stabbed near a pub in Bethnal Green.
Officers from the Metropolitan Police were called at 1.55pm on September 15 with reports of a stabbing in Bethnal Green Road.
They were dispatched with colleagues from the London Ambulance Service.
London's Air Ambulance, a charity which treats London's most seriously ill patients, was flown out in response to the reports.
At the scene, a man in his 30s was found with injuries and taken to a major trauma centre.
A spokesperson for the London Ambulance Service said the man was found with "several wounds".
His condition has now been confirmed as non-life threatening.
Pictures of a cordon erected along Bethnal Green Road in front of the Marquis of Cornwallis were shared to social media.

Police say they are yet to make an arrest in connection with the stabbing as their enquiries continue.
