A teenage boy, believed to be aged 17, is in hospital after a stabbing on an east London bus yesterday evening (February 19).
Police were called to Bethnal Green Road just before 6pm to reports of a male who had been stabbed on a bus before getting off.
The London Ambulance Service attended the scene and the teenager was taken to hospital. His condition is not life threatening.
A police spokesperson said that there have been no arrests at this early stage and that enquiries continue.
